- In pursuit of success, you begin by playing the game, as you progress, you earn the freedom to be yourself. It's a gradual progression, never in reverse.

- You will make much faster progress in the beginning by playing into shallow social and cultural constructs.

- How you carry/present yourself has a much larger effect than you think

- Everybody is a person, no matter their position: they have freedom to make decisions, bend rules, create opportunity. You just aren't convincing enough.

- You can brute force results through volume

- Being in the gym for over 45 mins is time wasting

- Train high intensity, high frequency, high quality, low reps

- Only track exercise via wearable if you actually look at the data to make changes accordingly. 99% of people don't, just lower the barrier of entry.
