8am

- Wake up
- Struggle to get out of bed
- Drink water + get sunlight
- No breakfast

9am-1pm

- Inhale Celsius
- Deep work

Midday

1pm

- Lunch + Celsius #2

1-6pm

- Deep work
- Take scheduled meetings
- Collab time with team

Evening

6-8pm

- Gym
- Sauna & ice bath

9pm

- Dinner + Sprite Zero Sugar

9-12pm

- Deep work
- Read

12pm

- Reading
- Sleep

Guide to creating an effective routine

- This routine works 10x better than glamorous routines on social media
- Routines are not about timing, they are about optimising for consistent output of volume and quality
- Optimise for getting done the most amount of work towards [X] goal
- Managing your energy level is the most important factor
- Get good sleep, work in comfortable environments, eat high-quality food, use safe stimulants
- Remove anything in your routine that drains energy for no valid reason i.e most "productivity hacks"
- Don't do pomodoros, instead just work for as long as possible until you genuinely need a short break, this helps build your focus muscle
- Taking breaks does not mean scrolling social media unfortunately, your brain  will not recharge any energy
- Track hours of high quality focused work as the KPI, being brutally honest will be revealing but rewarding
- Happiness gets factored into this equation at the end of the work day when you are truly proud of your efforts towards [X] goal
